homemade 草莓奶昔
今天我们这里华氏98度,摄氏大约34度,是入夏以来最热的一天。早上乘温度还不是最高,给花园菜园浇了水,又移栽了前几天买的2盆花到地里,出了一身汗,也算是排毒了。好在室内全空调,室内室外完全两个世界,洗了澡,吃了午饭,看了台湾8卦新闻,决定做点清凉饮品当下午茶犒劳一下自己。天热,就做个草莓smoothie 吧。 材料:草莓一碗,酸奶,水果饮料。家用搅拌机一台 作法,将草莓洗净,对半切开,放入搅拌机内,加果汁一杯半(500ml),打成果肉汁,再加3大勺酸奶,搅拌30秒,大功告成! 上面的分量可作2大杯,因为果汁和酸奶都已有糖分,所以没有再加糖,甜酸度对我来说正好。果汁我用的是Guava,与草莓同是粉红色,而且2种味道混合锦上添花。 草莓是前几天超市买的,大包装,4磅只要4.99元,1/3 新鲜时吃了,2/3 放冰箱冷冻,作smoothie 最为方便,加上果汁和酸奶都是冷藏的,所以在搅拌时不用加冰块了。 烈日炎炎,后院矢车菊热情似火 北侧院的玉簪则暗送清香,给夏日带来丝丝凉意。
