雪飘四月天
虽然已经进入了春季,但春寒料峭,春姑娘似乎刚跟人们打了个照面就随风而去。4月份本是樱花盛开,梨花满树,第一茬春韭就要收获的日子。不料,一场场的春霜,将韭菜打蔫,郁金香和风信子已经伸出的花苞尚未来得及开放就成了“冻美人”,刚刚发芽的据说不怕冷的芦笋,红莓和黑莓全部被消灭在萌芽状态。 今天楼同学出差要赶飞机,早晨5点40时出门时还是淅淅沥沥的小雨,岂料,上了高速公路小雨变成了雪花,并且下的很急,路况十分险恶,好容易跌跌撞撞地赶到机场,又被告知航班推迟。由于还要转机,整个出差计划被搞得一团糟,刚才打电话回来大发唠骚。 今年的春花看来大多数落得红颜薄命的结果,只有迎春花和早熟品种的水仙花在春霜到来之前,为大地贡献了一点春色,虽然短暂,毕竟这一年也曾经辉煌过了。 为了纪念那曾经的灿烂….. 四月飘雪,2007/4/11

肉夹馍是这样做成的
某日,在《文学城.私房小菜〉(www.wenxuecity.com) 上闲逛,想顺便下载些菜谱对付晚饭。看到“私房”里好热闹,众大厨们正在交流肉夹馍的做法,有传统版的,有简易改良版的,还有健康版的,图文并茂,隔着屏幕我都能闻出香味来,不禁动了也要尝试尝试的念头。 肉夹馍是西安传统小吃,具体地说就是用2面烤的焦黄的白吉馍夹上剁碎的腊汁肉,一口咬下,馍香肉美,满口流油,肥而不腻,被称为东方汉堡包。下面就介绍一下阎家版的肉夹馍的制作过程,有点偷工减料,不过味道是不错滴…. 2天前做的香芋红烧肉,大家都爱吃芋头,剩下的全是肉,正愁怎样才能消灭它。忽然想到这碗入味完全的红烧肉也许可以代替腊汁肉,嗯,这主意不错。 将红烧肉剁碎装盘,把红烧肉汤汁倒入,放微波炉转2分钟加热,一盘简易腊汁肉就算好了。 … Continue reading
