天寒地冻吃火锅
冬天里涮火锅是我的保留菜目之一。家常火锅的配菜并不十分讲究,我们家是除了鸡胸脯肉,虾,豆腐,粉丝,蔬菜必备外,其余的就看家里有什么存货了,或鱼丸,牛肉丸,尤鱼,毛肚,小玉米,笋片,鹌鹑蛋等等,可多可少,非常随意,图的就是一家人围锅而坐,筷,勺翻飞,吃得火火热热。曾经在韩国店里买过韩国火锅配菜,看起来很漂亮精致,豆腐干用小葱扎着,像大长今做的似的。一盒没有多少东西,但价格不菲,吃起来却不怎么入味,还不如我做的好吃。 这几天下了场雪,天气冷得终于像Iowa的冬天了,加上楼潇潇同学要离家回校,可能要一个学期后才能吃上火锅,于是周末的晚上就上火锅了。专门到东方店买的有头大虾,Sam’s Club 买的无骨无皮鸡胸脯肉,乘还未完全解冻还稍硬时,磨快刀切薄片。韩国店买的混合Sea Food,新鲜平菇 等等,见图: 火锅底料是自己熬的猪肉高汤,加小半袋“老干妈”火锅底料,稍辣。沾料这次用沙茶酱加芝麻酱加酱油配成,味道还不错,以前买现成的北京六必居火锅沾酱,2楼说还是我配的好吃。锅一直用电炒锅凑合着,功率略低,不过3个人吃还马马虎虎。最后如果还有胃口,可下火锅年糕,或一把面条,汤鲜面美又是一碗,吃得稍稍出汗,在大冬天里舒服极了。
