 将大蒜头剥皮浸于水中,三两天发芽,再过三五天长寸把长。剪之,可炒回锅肉,香肠等,在麻婆豆腐出锅前,撒一把切碎的青蒜苗,美味无比。一般可剪3,4次,三天后又是那泰山顶上一青葱。
