打卤面
去年自家种的番茄大丰收(3棵大的,一棵樱桃小番茄),整个夏天吃的都是熟了才采的阎家牌番茄。番茄炒鸡蛋,番茄鸡蛋汤,番茄黄瓜(自产too)生菜色拉…吃了又长,长了又吃。到了9月下旬第一场霜之前把地里的全收回来,否则烂光光。收回的50-60个番茄分装保鲜袋,坚壁于冰箱的冻箱内,好了,一个冬天又有得吃了。 做什么好涅?由于化冻后质地破坏,水碴碴的,做出来的番茄炒鸡蛋自然是惨不忍睹,而作为打卤面的卤汁却是正好,于是这道简易版的阎式打卤面就隆重推出了,不知山东的老乡(或山西)是否有意见。 首先将木耳,黄花菜泡发待用。番茄一通乱刀砍切,冰箱翻出来的快要到期的做三明治的火腿肉切成小丁。先将鸡蛋炒熟盛出,再加油炒其它作料,此时番茄出水成糊状,如果水少可加高汤或水,加盐和少许酱油,快好时放入鸡蛋和火腿丁,最后撒把葱花,盛出放一大碗,这卤就算好了。煮面条儿就不多说了。 人手一碗光面,浇上卤料搅啊搅,喜辣的再来一勺老干妈,再搅啊搅,可以开动了。此面的特点是:咸中带酸,酸中带微微的甜,不油不腻,营养丰富。 您在家吃的时候,尽可以吃的惊天动地,希里花啦,不必像在老美餐馆里吃意大利面条,用叉子卷着吃还不能发出声音,别扭死了。

红薯糯米滋
跟网上学来的,简单易学又保健,在我家的Dinner Party 上颇受欢迎。现借花献佛推荐给大家。 所需材料: 糯米粉,罐装冰糖红豆沙,白芝麻 (中国店或韩国店有售) 红薯,熟椰丝,蛋糕纸杯(老美超市) 先将红薯上蒸锅或微波炉蒸熟,与糯米粉和成面团: 象做汤圆一样包进豆沙馅,区别是个大,皮厚: 待水开上蒸笼蒸15分钟左右,趁热滚上熟芝麻或细椰丝,放在蛋糕纸杯里,吃起来好拿不粘手。热吃冷吃均可,本人认为凉了口感更好。
